Memrise ( www.memrise.com , and also available as an iPhone or Android app) is a platform that enables users to create collections of content, or “memes,” that combine textual, visual, and auditory cues. These are then published as courses into what is basically a “learning engine” that supports presenting the content to learners and repeatedly testing them on it as they progress.
